Morgan Hunt is recruiting for Facilities Officer to work with a Charity on a permanent basis. The details of the job are below:
Facilities Officer
Hours: 35 hours Mon to Fri
Salary from: £28k to 30k per year
Location: Working from Home the role is to help us provide facilities management to officers throughout England (with concentrations of properties in the South West, South East and North of Manchester up to Newcastle and Liverpool). The base location can be anywhere in England.

Job Role
To support the Housing Team in delivery of Property and Asset functions.
Delivery of all elements of facilities management to commercial assets ensuring they are fit for purpose, well equipped, in a decent state of repair, compliant and safe for colleagues to utilise.
Regularly attend commercial assets to carry out inspections and to coordinate activities with local staff.
Day to day facilities management administrative tasks.
Keeping facilities management systems updated with component data, service scheduling and any other relevant asset information.
Respond to staff enquiries effectively ensuring adequate information is captured from which a resolution can be offered.
Escalate complex technical enquiries and works outside of financial authorisation authority.
Raise works orders and issue to contractors/suppliers gaining relevant levels of financial authority when necessary.
Liaise with internal staff, Registered Housing Providers, Private Landlords, suppliers and contractors to report and monitor, repairs, maintenance and property compliance.
Help to deliver the Property & Assets and Zero Carbon strategies
