Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Senior Sales Executive and the wider sales team to drive the organisations sales program across various tenures and sites. You will have a natural ability to engage and influence people, with a strong motivation to achieve demanding goals and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert leads into reservations and sales, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee Shared Ownership sales.
  • Conduct property viewings, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including mortgage advisors, solicitors, and local authorities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing sales leads, processing documents, and completing sales in line with tight timeframes.
  • Explain service charges, ground rents, and homeownership responsibilities to customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of property developments and specifications, and sell from plan.
  • Ensure legal requirements and sales packs are in place before launch.
  • Guide buyers through the conveyancing process and explain leasehold/freehold terms.
  • Assess customer eligibility and ensure compliance with industry regulations and funding guidelines.
  • Manage the condition, safety, and presentation of stock units on site.
  • Lead sales events, launches, and attend Home Shows to promote the organisations products.
  • Provide accurate reservations and sales data for internal approval and reporting.
  • Update CRM systems with sales activity and buyer information, ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work across different locations and schedules.
  • Knowledge of property sales, shared ownership, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
