Morgan Hunt’s Social Care team are proud to be working exclusively with Mind in Brighton and Hove on their search for a Service Manager (Advocacy)
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of project staff to provide high quality mental health services.
Founded in 1971, Mind in Brighton and Hove are a trusted provider of mental health services in the city and across Sussex. Providing advice and information, advocacy and support services, the Advocacy Service is an integral part of the charities mission to empower those struggling with mental health to live a full life and be empowered to do so.
Some of the main duties include:
We are looking for someone with experience with managing and delivering mental health services, advocacy experience or knowledge would be an added bonus. You should have experience managing staff and volunteers and have experience managing contracts.
We are happy to consider someone at a Team Leader level ready to take a step into management however you must have had experience overseeing paid members of staff.
The role is based in New England Street, Brighton however you will be required to travel around the West Sussex area so a car driver is desirable.

The role is 4 days a week and the salary £36,561 is pro rata.
