Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Efficiently manage and process incoming job requests within designated timeframes.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate data and job details.
  • Coordinate paperwork, dispatching and receiving documents from engineers, and ensure all records are properly filed.
  • Handle telephone inquiries professionally, taking messages and resolving general queries.
  • Track job progress from start to completion, running regular reports to ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
  • Communicate updates to clients, keeping them informed throughout the job lifecycle.
  • Place orders with suppliers as required, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Arrange accommodation bookings for staff when necessary.
  • Manage general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support the team with any additional tasks as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (essential).
  • DBS Enhanced – Essential
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
  • Experience using databases and maintaining accurate, detailed records.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work well within a team.
  • Professional, confident, and friendly manner when interacting with clients and colleagues.
