They have multiple offices across the UK and have a solid reputation for successful project delivery throughout numerous sectors within the Built Environment. Projects can vary from small works to £100m+ across Education, Heritage, High-End Residential, Cultural, Laboratories and more. They have a very modern, open-plan office space, staff are treated very well, young social energic culture. They are currently seeking a MEP Revit Technician to join their Glasgow office.

Role

• Creating and maintaining 3D models of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using Revit software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the building design.
• Assisting in the coordination and clash detection of MEP systems with other trades.
• Generating detailed drawings, diagrams and documentation for construction and installation purposes
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Revit software and MEP design practices.

Qualifications / Experience

• HNC / Degree educated in a relevant field and related subject such as CAD design, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Knowledge and experience working with Revit software in a MEP environment.
• Good understanding of MEP systems, including industry codes, standards and best practices
• Previous experience with a consultancy or similar business.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
