My large client based in Birmingham is looking for a 2nd Line Support/ ITIL Analyst list to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. As a ITIL Specialist you will assist my client by delivering an effective and efficient support that resolves any IT related queries and/or incidents and recommending innovative solutions that provide your internal customers with a swift return to service.

If you have the following skills:

• Excellent telephone manner
• ITIL Foundation
• Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

• £229.56 per day (inside of IR35)

• Hybrid based – Birmingham
