Juliana is the Head of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at a London NHS FT Trust with 20+ years in Health & Social Care.  With degrees in Youth & Community Work and Health Services Management, plus an Advanced Diploma from MIT, she is committed to reducing health inequalities and advancing healthcare through Black Leaders CIC.

Juliana Ansah

CEO & Founder

Dee is a Group Patient Safety Specialist at a large NHS hospital trust, focused on implementing the NHS National Patient Safety Strategy. With a strong background in risk management, clinical governance, and patient safety, she supports staff in adapting to new incident and safety processes. Dee holds a Master’s in Healthcare Leadership and a clinical qualification in Operating Department Practice.

Jacqui Defoe

Non-Executive Director

Jacqui Defoe spent over a decade as an Investment Banker, specialising in managing the wealth of high-net-worth clients. However, after deep self/reflection, she chose to pursue a more fulfilling path that allowed her to dedicate more time to her family. For over 20 years, Jacqui has served as a foster carer, providing long-term stability and care to over 30 children.
