Role Overview:

As a Team Manager, you will oversee and support a dedicated team that includes: Senior Floating Support Worker, Support Workers, Senior Support Worker, Night Supervisors (with seniors overseeing certain responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
