HR Systems Administrator (People XD/Access Group)

Hybrid/Remote – London, Leeds, Manchester or Brighton

6 Month FTC offering – £29K – £31K PA

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator with expertise in People XD/Access Group (formerly Core HR) to support our HR Transformation and Systems team.

About the Role: As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our core HRIS system, People XD/Access Group. You will work closely with our Workforce Insights Analyst and HR Systems Administrator colleagues supporting the HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data audits and validation checks to ensure data integrity within the People XD/Access Group system.
  • Collaborate with teams to address data discrepancies and implement process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day system administration, including creating new posts, updating pay scales, and managing access permissions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Maintain user guides, training materials, and deliver training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR Systems Administration, with a strong focus on People XD/Access Group (formerly Core HR) or similar HRIS platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices and data governance methods within the context of People XD/Access Group.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality within HR systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the health care or non-profit sector is an advantage.
