Part time Sheltered Scheme Manager

I am currently looking for a Part Sheltered Scheme Manager to oversee schemes in Kent. The core hours of the schemes are 8.00am – 6.00pm. However, you will be expected to work around 18 hours – 24 hours. Please bear in mind this is a permanent position.

Responsibilities within the role:

• Overseeing the welfare of the residents
• Completing the Health & Safety checks
• Completing the Fire Safety checks of the building
• Organising repairs for the flats

For this role you will need experience working within a Supported Accommodation setting for Older Peoples or similar services.

Also, you will need an Enhanced Adults DBS within the last year or one that is on the update service.
