Accounts Assistant

Morgan Hunt is working with a Charity in who are looking at recruiting an Accounts Assistant. This is a part time 3 month contract role paying up to £15 p/hour.

22.5 hours p/week, hours can be flexible over the course of the week. This is a fully remote position with office locations in London and Manchester that can be used.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entry and review of financial transactions from various sources including purchase invoices, payment cards and bank transactions.
• Support the transition from Xero to Iplicit accounting software.
• Process purchase ledger transactions and general ledger journals.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.

Previous Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role processing a range of financial entries.
• Previously used Xero.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work accurately and quickly, with confident communication skills.
