On 23rd March 2021 Morgan Hunt hosted a webinar on developing an inclusive hiring strategy. We were joined by Amarjit Singh Basi from the Black FE Leadership Group, Ann Allcock from Marshall E-Learning, and Kira van Niekerk from Thomas International.
The session covered both the importance of having an inclusive hiring strategy, as well as the practical steps to implementing one.

Clare Keniry, Board Director and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Hunt, has over 20 years of recruitment experience across the UK and Australia. She leads the push for a diverse and inclusive culture within the company. Morgan Hunt is dedicated to helping organisations create genuinely diverse workplaces.
Robin is a co-founder and member of the Executive Team of the Black FE Leadership Group, like all team members, working in a voluntary capacity. In addition, he is Vice Chair of Governors at Lewisham College and a member of the CMI Race Advisory Committee. Prior to that he was co-founder and former CEO of the Network for Black Professionals
Ann is Head of Diversity at Marshall E-Learning Consultancy, where she supports clients in enhancing diversity and inclusion. With over 30 years of experience in equality, diversity, and inclusion, Ann has held various in-house roles in the public sector and universities. She has also advised major UK employers, including the UK Security Services, through her work at Prince’s charity Business in the Community, and previously ran her own successful EDI consultancy.
Kira is part of the Diversity and Inclusion team at Thomas International, for which she leads the short-term initiatives workstream. As part of this work, she organises speakers, creates resources and promotes discussion around D&I in Thomas.
