On Thursday 9th March we ran a webinar in partnership with the Black Leadership Group, where we launched the Black Leadership Job Board.
During the webinar we explored how the job board will promote leadership opportunities to black professionals and support employers reach a wider pool of qualified black professionals across the UK – the purpose of the webinar was to launch the job board and discuss why it is needed and how it will work.
What the webinar will cover:
Clare Keniry, Board Director and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Hunt, has over 20 years of recruitment experience across the UK and Australia. She leads the push for a diverse and inclusive culture within the company. Morgan Hunt is dedicated to helping organisations create genuinely diverse workplaces.
Robin is a co-founder and member of the Executive Team of the Black FE Leadership Group, like all team members, working in a voluntary capacity. In addition, he is Vice Chair of Governors at Lewisham College and a member of the CMI Race Advisory Committee. Prior to that he was co-founder and former CEO of the Network for Black Professionals
Amarjit is an Executive and a founding member of the Black Leadership Group, established in late 2020 to tackle systemic racism in Further Education. The BLG created a ’10 Point Plan’ to guide college leadership teams and boards in implementing sustainable, anti-racist changes across their institutions.
