Multi Skills (Construction) Lecturer

Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a Further Education College based in the Coventry who are currently seeking a Multi Skills (Construction) Lecturer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The Multi Skills (Construction) Lecturer role will involve delivering to Level 1 & 2 learners on Multi Skills Construction qualifications covering a range of trades at lower levels in both the practical and theoretical delivery.

This role is currently open to professionals with teaching experience but also those wishing to get into education to help develop and nurture the next generation of Construction professionals.

Requirements

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification / Advanced Craft in at least one Construction area.
• Have industry experience working within the field.
• A teaching qualification is desirable and not essential.
• Previous experience training Construction students is desirable but not essential.
• A strong understanding of the Construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
• Hold right to work in the UK.
• Able to cumute to Coventry daily.
