One hundred years on from the birth of Fircroft College, its mission of ‘social and climate justice’ is more relevant than ever.
This post is funded by Innovate UK who are driving innovation through a partnership between SMEs and 7 local colleges. Fircroft is leading on Green Skills innovation, having been the first college to declare a climate emergency and having won a coveted Green Gown award.
We are looking to appoint an Innovate Manager to act as account manager for the SMEs Fircroft engages, facilitating their support journey, contributing to their programme of learning and ensuring key outcomes.
To be considered for this role you must have had success engaging and working with SMEs, experience at every stage of the project management cycle and an ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external contributors. You need a personal commitment to climate justice, specialist knowledge to share around Net Zero and Green transitions and the ability to facilitate learning.
