An international organisation is seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager to lead the development of a cutting-edge digital system. This is an 18-month contract role, with an immediate start date in May.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution of a global digital solution aimed at transforming food systems. This role requires a proven track record in digital product development, agile methodologies, and working across diverse stakeholders and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, including feature development, user research, and market analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure the deployment of necessary features
• Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Implement best practices in User-Centered Design and agile methodologies to achieve high user satisfaction
• Provide leadership within the consortium team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality capabilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in product design, development, and digital transformation, preferably in emerging or developing markets
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies, lean product development, and product road mapping
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated experience in staff management, coaching, and performance assessment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, information systems)
• Willingness and ability to travel to Europe and Bangladesh as required
