Leicester College Apprenticeship and Commercial Operations Department is one of the largest apprenticeship providers in the region with an ambitious vision for delivering gold standard apprenticeship programmes across the curriculum that positively shape the future careers of all Leicester College apprentices. We are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Officer to support the onboarding process of apprentices. You will ideally have a good understanding of apprenticeship training programmes and have experience of matching prospective apprentices to vacancies and supporting employers in the recruitment of apprentices.
The successful applicant will possess a range of IT skills relating to the use of College systems. You will also work as part of a team and undertake training and assessment duties including planning and preparation of presentations to deliver training to staff. We are looking for a positive, proactive, solutions focused individual to help us drive the provision to support our journey to outstanding.
You will be educated to a level 2 in Maths and English and hold a Level 3 in IAG (Information and Guidance) or have sufficient equivalent experience. You will have good communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
