Talent Development Partner – Rail/Transportation Sector – East London with hybrid working- £55,000

This is a brand new role working for a leading Rail/Transportation organisation based in East London.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Development and working with a great People team you will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and development initiatives, ensuring they have high performing and engaged colleagues.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Undertaking training needs analysis and skills gap analysis
  • Reviewing, designing and implementing leadership development programmes
  • Supporting the delivery of programmes through their Learning Management System
  • Providing coaching and upskilling for managers
  • Delivering training and facilitating workshops
  • Leading on the Performance and Development Review system
  • Tracking and reviewing the impact of leadership development and other learning programmes

You should be an experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a track record of reviewing, designing and delivering learning and development programmes in a customer service driven environment. Experience of training needs analysis and learning best practice is essential. A coaching mindset needs to be combined with excellent stakeholder and communication skills. You need to have experience of working with a Learning Management System.
