What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Lead and develop the Creative Media curriculum to ensure an outstanding learning experience.

✔️ Support and mentor teaching staff to drive high expectations and learner achievement.

✔️ Implement quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification.

✔️ Deliver engaging lessons and provide expert subject knowledge in Creative Media.

✔️ Ensure students are supported to achieve and exceed their potential.

✔️ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and educational developments.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 A minimum Level 3 qualification in Creative Media or a related subject.

🔹 A relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

🔹 Experience teaching Creative Media at further education levels.

🔹 Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.

🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills.

🔹 Evidence of continuing professional development.

🔹 Experience in course and curriculum development.
