Morgan Hunt is thrilled to announce exciting opportunities to join a college in Coventry. Curriculum Lead in Computing and a creative educator for Games, Film & Media to drive excellence in teaching and learning.

📍 Location: Coventry College
⏳ Hours: 37 hours per week
💰 Salary: £42,000 (negotiable based on experience)
✅ Lead and manage the Computing curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.
✅ Develop, track, and monitor student progress, exceeding targets where possible.
✅ Build strong employer relationships to align the curriculum with industry needs.
✅ Oversee pastoral duties, supporting the personal development of students.
✅ Drive innovation in teaching methods, ensuring a modern and engaging learning environment.
✔️ A relevant teaching qualification.
✔️ A degree or equivalent qualification in Computing or a related field.
✔️ Experience in teaching Computing at Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.
✔️ A track record in curriculum design and delivery.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with experience in industry collaboration.
✔️ Proven ability to achieve targets within budget and on time.
