Curriculum Lead in Computing

📍 Location: Coventry College

Hours: 37 hours per week

💰 Salary: £42,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the Computing curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.

✅ Develop, track, and monitor student progress, exceeding targets where possible.

✅ Build strong employer relationships to align the curriculum with industry needs.

✅ Oversee pastoral duties, supporting the personal development of students.

✅ Drive innovation in teaching methods, ensuring a modern and engaging learning environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔️ A relevant teaching qualification.

✔️ A degree or equivalent qualification in Computing or a related field.

✔️ Experience in teaching Computing at Levels 1-3, including T-Levels.

✔️ A track record in curriculum design and delivery.

✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with experience in industry collaboration.

✔️ Proven ability to achieve targets within budget and on time.

Curriculum Lead in Creative (Games, Film & Media)

📍 Location: Coventry College

Hours: 37 hours per week

💰 Salary: £42,000 (negotiable based on experience)
