Morgan Hunt is working with established colleges in and around North Yorkshire to find a passionate Personal Development Facilitator. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual dedicated to empowering learners and enhancing their skills beyond technical and vocational training. We are eager to connect with candidates who can help facilitate a positive learning experience!

Role Purpose:
As a Personal Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in implementing the college’s Personal Development Strategy, supporting the success of individual learners and groups. Your responsibilities will include planning and facilitating engaging PD sessions aligned with the Scheme of Learning while developing key skills within learners to prepare them for personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the PD curriculum through well-structured group sessions that challenge and inspire learners.
• Collaborate effectively with the PD Team in the planning, development, and review of the PD Curriculum and resources.
• Maintain detailed and effective records of individual learners using electronic management systems (e.g., ProSuite).
• Support learners in developing employability skills and provide appropriate guidance and advice.
• Manage initial reports of learner concerns and refer to appropriate internal support services as needed.
• Engage with relevant quality assurance procedures and adhere to policies related to safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
