Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite in London
Salary: £46,982 per year
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Communications & Engagement Officer to play a key role in developing and delivering a forward-thinking communications strategy through to 2030. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment where you will lead innovative campaigns, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a new communications strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term vision.

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives and engagement with key stakeholders, including registrants, students, and the wider public.

  • Create compelling and innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness and public trust.

  • Work collaboratively across policy, strategy, and hands-on delivery to ensure effective messaging and outreach.

  • Bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to communications, supporting organisational growth and innovation.

About You:

We are looking for a communications generalist with strong expertise in digital marketing who thrives in both strategic and hands-on roles. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in public sector, regulatory, or policy-driven communications.

  • A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to craft engaging content and campaigns.

  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and digital content creation.
