The Role:
Join our vibrant HR team at New City College! We are dedicated to excellence in education and professional development. We are seeking an HR Systems, Reporting, and Data Coordinator to manage and enhance our HR systems which include iTrent, Business Objects and Power BI. This role will ensure data integrity and providing valuable insights and comprehensive reporting. This role spans across our college group and will require travel
Who You Are:
You possess extensive experience with iTrent, including system configuration, maintenance, and module development. Knowledge of Business Object is essential and involvement with Power BI is desirable, but would highly benefit your application. You have advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel), attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You are self-motivated, customer service-oriented, able to handle a demanding workload, and maintain confidentiality. You will hold a degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Dashboard: Develop and maintain the HR dashboard using Power BI, creating bespoke dashboards and supporting key metrics reporting
