Position – HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT
Salary – £75,000

Remote with occasional travel when required
We’re recruiting for the Head of Development role on behalf of a leading national charity. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s technology landscape and making a real difference to the lives of those it supports.
About the Role
As the Head of Development, you will oversee the technical and business health of all business-critical applications through effective Application Portfolio Management (APM). You will lead a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to optimise, consolidate, and continuously improve the organisation’s application estate. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiencies using Azure data management and automation capabilities while maintaining robust security and governance practices.
You’ll also drive the delivery of automation, integration, and improvement initiatives while leading projects that enhance the effectiveness of the charity’s data and reporting capabilities.

This is a permanent opportunity. Remote working with occasional travel when required. Paying £75,000 per annum with strong company benefits including 25 days holiday (able to buy up to 1 week), 12% pension, Healthcare, Discounts, enhanced mat/pat leave.
