We currently have a new requirement for a PMO Planning Analyst on an initial 3 Month Contract with potential further extensions. Strong planning experience is an essential part of the role, ideally in a public sector organisation.

What You’ll Do:

As a PMO Planning Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending actionable solutions.
• Managing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Producing insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Enhancing and refining PMO tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a proactive and detail-oriented professional who has:

• A strong background in project management, planning, or analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA).
• Analytical prowess with experience in creating reports and visualisations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
