Temporary Housing Support Worker

Location: Bournemouth/ Poole

Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri, rota basis: Early 8 AM – 4 PM, Late 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM)

Pay: £13 per hour + holiday pay

Contract: Temporary (2-3 months)

About the Role

Join our team providing specialized support to vulnerable adults with complex needs in the Bournemouth/ Poole area. You’ll manage a caseload, conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments, respond to referrals promptly, and work with clients to develop personalized recovery plans. This role requires a compassionate, skilled professional capable of engaging clients who may have had challenging experiences with specialist services.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex caseloads
• Proficiency in risk assessment and recovery planning
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
